Treasure Island Amphitheater Rules
Understanding the rules and policies at Treasure Island Amphitheater ensures a smooth, enjoyable experience for all attendees. The venue maintains specific guidelines designed to enhance safety, comfort, and enjoyment for the thousands of concertgoers who attend each event. These policies reflect both industry standards for large entertainment venues and specific considerations for this outdoor amphitheater setting.
The rules are enforced consistently across all events, regardless of performer or show type. Familiarity with these policies before arriving can prevent disappointment or complications at entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons who do not comply with established venue rules, typically without refund, making advance awareness particularly important.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome at Treasure Island. A service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals. The handler is responsible for supervising the service animal including toileting, feeding, grooming, and veterinary care. Service animals must be under the control of the handler at all times. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request the animal be removed from the premises.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. Please look for signage directing guests to this area.
